RV Truck Sales LLC is looking for an experienced Master RV Technician to join our team! Our dealership is in need of a RV Technician to run our growing full-service RV dealership and repair facility. In this role, you will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. It is a bonus if you specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to provide customers with a positive and professional experience when dealing with RV repairs & maintenance. Work will include but is not limited to wheel bearing packs, roof repairs, water system repairs, furnace repairs, slide repairs, holding tank repairs, carpentry and siding work and more. Job Responsibilities Diagnose RV problems and issues and provide solutions Discuss repairs and additional service requests with service advisors Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman Monitor and track repair time Adhere to dealership policies and safety regulations Maintain detailed tech notes on all issues and repairs Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. Certified Technician is a plus but not required.
