The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Minnesota to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, and medication/pain management. Your Role: Provide virtual individual and or group therapy Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes Requirements Our Requirements: Must have a valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in the state of Minnesota. At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. You'll be working in a home-like setting, supporting adults who have experienced significant barriers in living due to symptoms of mental illness and substance use disorders. Mental Health Counselor daily support-related responsibilities include spending time interacting with persons served to socialize and build rapport, assisting individuals in meeting daily needs and ensuring ongoing connections with other community supports. You will be a key part of a person's care team, helping to implement treatment. We have 14 locations within Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties. Pay Rate: $26.68 per hour for day and evening shifts; $28.15 for overnight shifts RADIAS Health has a Mental Health Practitioner opening in our ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization and ReEntry House Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program overseeing 16 adults with serious and persistent mental illness The Mental Health Practitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at the RADIAS Health Crisis Stabilization or IRTS facility and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs. The emphasis is placed on working with clients in community settings and directly providing the services necessary to assist clients in achieving their goals.
