Summary: Experienced Shear/Press Brake Operator needed to perform precision bending, maintain equipment, and utilize various measuring tools. Highlights: 1. Operate Cincinnati Press Brake with at least 3 years experience 2. Proficiency in bend deductions, tooling selection, and bend sequence 3. Skilled in using various measuring equipment for part inspection Manufacturing company in Eagan is looking for an experienced Shear/Press Brake Operator. Must have at least 3 years of experience on a Cincinnati Press Brake. Job Description: Knows how to use bend deductions to find the flat, stretch. Must know which tooling should be used to do the job correctly. Knows how to use measuring equipment to check parts: Dial / Digital Calipers - Verneer Micrometer Fractions - Decimal inspection Eqpt. Squares Protractor Knows how to determine the bend sequence of a part with multiple forms - can use the leads assistance. Needs to maintain equipment, tooling, and clean it on a regular basis. Will need your own tools. Hours for this position are Monday thru Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime is sometimes required depending on workload.
