Snickers Is Missing! (St Paul)

My dogs got out on Monday and one was returned but not this one. Snickers is a little Chihuahua that weights less then 6 pounds. She is black with white on her stomach and paws. I have had her since she was a baby, so I am the only owner. She will run from you so you have to be fast. She has never been alone before this and I miss her so much. Please someone has to know something as I have walked the streets, posters all over and not one person has seen her!
