Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 What You’ll Do: Dealer Application and System Management Support and Maintain Dealer Applications and Systems Be able to articulate information, requirements, and expectations effectively across multiple audiences Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to create comprehensive user requirements Translate business user requirements into technical documentation for IT Services Support the business through standardized business process management methodologies (by request) Plan and execute third-party application integrations IT Support Execution Partner with non-IT SMEs to establish inter-departmental collaboration Design, plan, and project manage application and solution implementations Provide effective Project Management methodologies, as needed Maintain documentation standards Help develop and maintain Walser’s SharePoint Online environment Develop and maintain IT Information Resources Employee Development Help improve IT learning & development methods for IT and non-IT employees (training) Create, edit, and publish instructional media for both IT and non-IT audiences Audit existing IT employee processes for enhancement and efficiency opportunities Maintain ticket system Monitor ticket queue for new requests Work Tier I & II Issues Create tickets for issues reported by phone or walk-in Uphold Walser’s Core Values:Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You Bring: Display excellent customer service through verbal and written communication 2-year Degree in a computer related discipline, or current technical certifications, or equivalent experience At least 2+ years of IT Services experience preferred Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus Dealership Support Experience a plus Must have excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Must be able to manage changing priorities and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Able to understand long-term goals and how current goals/results impact success Able to interact and work with others as part of a team and understand how their work supports the team’s goals Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What’s In It For You?
