Job Purpose and Impact An Applicion Developer is a professional responsible for supporting the design, integrion, and implemention of large-scale multi-functional applicions, contributing to scalable solutions th align with business objectives. This role helps bridge functional needs with technical execution, ensuring systems are reliable and adaptable. Experience in large & complex applicions is required, with a preference for experience in SAP. Opering with minimal supervision, this role performs moderely complex applicions testing, requirements ghering & process analysis, quality assurance, configurion, and ongoing support for smooth, stable, and timely delivery of solutions. Key Accountabilities APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains applicion configurions to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending and implementing improvements to standard and moderely complex applicion support processes and procedures. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configurion, testing and deployment of fixes or updes for applicion version releases. Designs, configures, tests, deploys and supports large and complex applicion changes and fixes in accordance with established standards and practices.  COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communicion with users stakeholders and responds to standard and moderely complex applicion support requests and needs.  APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts applicion support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collabores effectively with business partners, technical peers & vendors in multi-functional global teams, including business partners to ensure solutions and configurions align with business requirements and best practices.   INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests, driving timely resolution within agreed processes, balancing delivery speed with quality and stability.  Qualificions Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ERP & DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applicions (ERP preferred) in a techno functional capacity, with exposure to one or more ERP business domains (eg. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Agriculture, Finance). Transling business requiremts to technical specificions FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION: Proven experience working on large and complex applicion implementions (e.g. ERP) across the full lifecycle, including system design and implemention, deployment, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilizion and support leveraging Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps practices. PROGRAMMING & CUSTOMIZATION: Knowledge and/or experience with languages such as Java, C#, Python, or plform specific scripting (eg. ABAP for SAP) for applicion customizion and experience with various pipelines is preferred DATA MIGRATION & INTEGRATION: Experience with da migrion stregies and large scale da transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes #HiPo Short Description  Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law. The expected salary for this position is $69,000 - $105,000. Compension varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific locion, certificions, educion, and level of experience. The disclosed range estime may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associed with the locion which the position may be filled.
