Summary: Seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech for an apartment community to troubleshoot and complete repairs, manage turnovers, and maintain resident trust. Highlights: 1. Build and maintain respect and trust with residents 110 unit apartment community seeking a full-time maintenance tech. Skills needed: 5 years experience working in rental housing. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing, heating, and electrical issues. Understanding of hot water heating systems. Meet vendors and contractors and monitor their work. Complete basic repairs (ie: replace faucet or light fixture, ream drains within the apartment, hang blinds, etc.) Plan and complete turnovers. Build and maintain respect and trust with our residents. Duties include: After-hours on call. (40 hour work-week, total). Respond to residents and complete repairs in a timely manner. Report results and activities to the Property Manager. Exhibit a professional appearance and attitude.
