Responsible for maintenance activities reling to equipment, installion, labor, merials, preparion, and other reled costs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operion and maximum utilizion of facilities and equipment. Conducts complex/sophisticed reviews and estimions including equipment, installion, labor, merials, preparion, and other reled costs. Defines criteria and performance specificions for facilities and equipment required to meet unique opering requirements and building and safety codes. Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance, repairs, and enhancements. QUALIFICATIONS Educion Educion Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent Associes Degree (± 13 years) Preferred: Degree in Engineering Experience/Background Experience Experience Details Minimum 1 year Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering reled work.
