Job Duties & Responsibilities Champion the end-to-end client experience with designated accounts, ensuring alignment with OnMed’s vision and strategic goals. Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions. Drive client loyalty and reduce churn through proactive engagement and high client retention. Develop deep insights into the client profiles, goals, and challenges to craft tailored strategic account plans that maximize value. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of all contracted products and services. Partner with the Implementation Manager to successfully onboard all new clients. Drive all client-related initiatives, opportunities, and issues, coordinating with internal teams for high-quality execution and resolution. Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting patient engagement activities and working closely with clients to promote CareStation utilization. Monitor utilization, performance and impact metrics for assigned clients to manage risk and deliver insights through storytelling. Leverage data and work with community resources to create strategies that amplifies impact and the performance of the CareStation. Partner with Marketing on community marketing opportunities. Lead client-sponsored events, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to enhance client engagement. Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to deliver strong service to drive high client retention and other key performance metrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and building trust both internally and externally with stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accountability and collaboration. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect innovative solutions to client needs. Ability to navigate complex situations and creatively solve problems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly manage multiple competing priorities. Demonstrate analytical skills to monitor and analyze client data and identify trends. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in client management, account management, or related fields. At least 5 years of health care and payor experience required. Proven success maintaining high client retention rates and expansion of existing business. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Note: This role is designated as a remote position. Ideal candidate is located in the Mid-West region with a strong preference for Minneapolis, MN or St. Paul, MN. Benefits Why work with us? Maintain merchandise area including displaying, cleaning, stocking, checking-in, and storing of product. Carry out housekeeping and cleaning procedures, including in animal areas. Escalate visitor concerns, animal needs or issues as appropriate. Communication and Culture: Communicate in a positive and professional manner with visitors, other employees, and volunteers. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion to make AHS a welcoming environment for all. Technology: Review animal records in PetPoint. Utilize multiline phone system and Language Line phone service. Utilize tablets for processing adoptions, reviewing animal records, accessing Language Line, and completing inventory counts. Manage and view work schedule in Makeshift. Clock in and out of shifts using ADP. Monitor AHS email and other messaging software. Other duties as assigned. Additional Information: Schedule and Attendance: Required to be on time to scheduled shifts during operational hours which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. May be required to work at a different site based on department needs. May be required to attend occasional off-site meetings and events. Attend and participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings with direct leader. Work Environment: Environment can be dirty, wet, warm and humid. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and handle animals and other items up to 50 lbs. unassisted. For animals and other items over 50 lbs., assistance from another team member is required. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to restrain cats and dogs while microchipping. Emotional Demands: Ability to be emotionally resilient while working in a shelter setting. Must be comfortable handling a variety of animals with a wide range of behavioral and medical needs, including the use of humane euthanasia. Must be comfortable with animal body fluids including urine, feces, and blood. Must be comfortable with needles used for microchipping cats and dogs. Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
