Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Professional, Plform Engineering job designs, develops and maintains digital technology infrastructure to support informion technology applicions and services. With minimal supervision, this job collabores with cross functional teams to define, design and implement new feures to meet user needs and business goals, and upgrade existing plforms to improve performance and functionality through writing clean, efficient and scalable code and troubleshooting and debugging complex issues. This job also participes in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with plform engineering team members. Essential Functions AUTOMATION: Leads the applicion of internal software deployment plform, continuous integrion or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to autome the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.  COLLABORATION: Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gher complex requirements and deliver solutions th meet business needs.  TESTING & DEBUGGING: Writes and maintains complex unit tests and integrion tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed.  CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Recommends options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.  DOCUMENTATION: Crees and maintains comprehensive documention for complex software applicions, deployment processes and system configurions.  TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applicions to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.  Minimum and Preferred Qualificions Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience. Preferred Qualificions Proven experience with API management plforms such as Kong, Broadcom Layer7, Google Apigee, or equivalent technologies. Strong understanding of API geway architecture, traffic management, re limiting, and security policies. Expertise in API lifecycle management, including design, publishing, versioning, and retirement. Hands-on experience with authenticion and authorizion standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect). Proficiency in automion and scripting for API deployment and configurion (Python, Shell, Ansible). Familiarity with CI/CD integrion and DevOps practices for API plforms. Knowledge of monitoring and analytics for API performance and usage (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Exposure to cloud-nive API solutions and containerizion (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead complex API plform initiives. #LI-NS7 #Standard Additional Candide The expected salary for this position is $105,000.00 - 160,000. Compension varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific locion, certificions, educion, and level of experience. The disclosed range estime may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associed with the locion which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
