The Opportunity This position works out of our Plymouth, MN, locion in the Electrophysiology (EP) division. Main Purpose of Role As a Senior Operor, you’ll work under direct supervision, performing routine and repetitive assembly operions and processes. Wh You’ll Work On Performs regular process and quality performance audits of personnel, tooling, and equipment in assigned areas. Assemble, bond, co, and process medical devices and reled parts using microscopes and applicable tools. Assists in providing direct training to area operors as required. Provides feedback on defects encountered and provides re-training support as necessary. Support all Company initiives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulory requirements. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administrion (FDA) regulions, other regulory requirements, Company policies, opering procedures, processes, and task assignments. Shift Monday - Thursday, 4:00PM - 2:30 AM with potential overtime Required Qualificions High School diploma or equivalent. Five years or more of medical device or reled assembly experience. Four plus years of reled experience in the assembly of digital and analog circuitry/devices, including the demonstred ability to provide work/lead direction to a team. Must be able to demonstre comprehensive product assembly techniques, and reled process knowledge. Prior experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment is required. Demonstred ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schemics, diagrams, notes, and layouts.
