Team player in a small office environment We are a self-managed multi-family community looking for a leasing technician / administrative assistant. Tasks include: Answering phones, greeting guests, filing, assisting with large projects and maintaining positive customer relations. Candidate must: 1) have excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a sometimes fast-paced, demanding environment; 2) be reliable and follow through on commitments; 3) be detail oriented and adhere to company standards; 4) have good oral and written communication skills; 5) be a team player in a small office environment; 6) be patient and understanding with tenants who speak little to no English; and 7) be proficient in computer programs with Rent Manager experience a plus. A high school diploma is required and multi-lingual a plus. This is an in-person, full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunchbreak each day.
