Opportunities for growth and advancement Apply Now Position Title: Plastic Set Up Technician - 2nd Shift Wage: $18.00 - $24.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:30pm - 11:00pm If you’re a self-starter with experience in an injection molding environment, this role may be a great fit! As a Setup Technician in Oconomowoc, WI, you will support manufacturing operations through the setup of injection molds and auxiliary equipment. Plastic Set Up Technician Responsibilities: - Set up molds and auxiliary equipment according to setup instructions - Perform basic machine startups and ensure proper operation - Provide press operators with all necessary supplies to complete their jobs - Operate forklift safely and efficiently Requirements for Plastic Set Up Technician: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of injection molding or related industry experience - Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation - Personal set of hand tools - Flexibility to work daily and/or weekend overtime as needed IND103 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
