Summary: Seeking a dedicated individual for machine operation, focusing on efficient production, quality control, and adherence to schedules. Highlights: 1. Operate machinery efficiently to produce quality products 2. Ensure accurate setup and minimize waste 3. Learn to run a variety of box styles and assist in training Apply Now Responsibilities: Accure and efficient set-up of all folding and gluing operions of the machine in accordance with proper setup techniques. Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue. Properly opere machine to run efficiently and produce quality products. Ensure diagonal and corrugor scores are broken when necessary. Maximize the utilizion of equipment by opering the machinery available capacity and speed. Assist in training all post job positions. Learn to run a variety of box styles. Check quality of boxes during the run, including - mis-slotted boxes, loose liner, misprints, and any other defects. Complete necessary reports in an accure and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Da, Machine Operional Stus, Safety Da, Quality Da. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment. Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendions for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Additional duties may be assigned by management. Qualificions: High school diploma or GED required. One year minimum relevant experience preferred. Prior experience in the corruged industry preferred. Experience in Press and Finishing Department - least six months.
