Focus on safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement Apply Now Position Overview   The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of all manufacturing equipment while minimizing downtime in a fast-paced, ste-of-the-art facility.  Reporting to the Plant Operions Manager, this position leads a skilled maintenance team with a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.  The ideal candide will bring a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and stregic thinking to drive operional excellence and asset reliability.   Responsibilities   Lead and develop a high-performing, motived maintenance team. Ensure a safe work environment, strong housekeeping practices, and full environmental compliance Plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work orders Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs Manage asset reliability and coordine facility upgrades and capital projects Manage asset reliability and coordine facility upgrades and capital projects Align maintenance activities with production goals and schedules Monitor downtime and production reports to drive reliability improvements Coordine equipment trials, improvements, and vendor relionships Support special engineering and infrastructure projects Oversee procurement of maintenance-reled parts and equipment Facilite safety and departmental training and communicion Identify and implement cost-saving initiives and process improvements   Qualificions   5-10 years of progressive maintenance and reliability experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging Proven success in developing, training, and reliability Strong leadership, delegion, and team-building skills Excellent communicion, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Technical expertise in AC/DC wiring, motors, drives, PLCs, pneumics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent required; Associe or Technical degree preferred Corruged industry experience is a plus   Qualificions ·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to drive change. ·    Ability to effectively use oral and written communicion skills to represent the needs of employees and management. ·    Ability to utilize informion from multiple sources to maintain productivity. ·    Previous experience leading people in a box plant, printing operion, converting operion or paper mill is preferred. ·    Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost)   Compension & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candide will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company mching 401(k) and pension.
