Junk Yard Worker – Full Time Kaul Auto Salvage – Milwaukee, WI $17–$21/hr depending on experience We're looking for someone to join our team stripping recyclable materials from end-of-life vehicles. You'll be removing wire harnesses, radiators, alternators, starters, motors, and other scrap components before vehicles are crushed. This is straightforward physical work — pull parts, sort materials, keep moving. If you like working with your hands and don't mind getting dirty, this is a solid full-time gig. What you'll do: - Remove scrap components from vehicles (wire harnesses, radiators, alternators, starters, motors, etc.) - Sort materials by type (copper, aluminum, steel, etc.) - Operate basic hand and power tools safely - Work outdoors in a salvage yard environment - Keep your work area clean and organized What we're looking for: - Mechanically inclined — you know your way around a vehicle, or want to learn - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather - Reliable — you show up on time and get the job done - Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly - Basic hand tool experience - Valid driver's license No formal certifications needed. If you've wrenched on cars before — whether professionally or in your driveway — you can do this job. We'll train the right person. Full-time, Monday–Friday.
