Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment. Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to achieve optimal resolution and client retention. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, tracking sheets, employee attendance, and performance evaluations. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role within the carwash/detailing industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
