Established pressure washing company in business for over 10 years is looking for a strong hard working reliable employee with good moral to perform commercial property pressure washing. This is not a seasonal nor temporary job. Work is contract work with stable income you can rely on. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is a night shift position with the following requirements: * Valid Florida drivers license. Will be verified. * Must be available to work late nights, 3-4 days part-time or 5 days full time a week Sunday through Thursday. Average 6-8 hours a night. * Must have transportation to and from work. Office is located in the Kendall area. Job site locations vary * Commercial pressure washing experience required or similar experience may substitute. * Must be drug free and have clean criminal background. * Must have phone with camera and email capability. Job Description: * Responsible for pressure washing commercial property walkways and misc areas. * Responsible for spraying properties with cleaning solvents prior to cleaning. * Responsible for basic company truck care and report any mechanical issues. * Basic mechanic knowledge of small engines, pumps and pressure washing equipment. * Responsible for sending detailed photos of completed routes daily. * Report to work at 9:00 pm.
