On-site work 🛠️ Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Low-Voltage Operations Technician with expertise in CCTV, access control systems, and IT technical support. The role involves installation, configuration, and support of security and network systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field. 💰 Initial Compensation: Starts at $18/hour, based on experience 📍 Location: Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and West Palm Beach 🕘 On-site work | Project-based and ticket-based assignments ✅ Technical Requirements: Proficiency in structured cabling: coaxial, RJ45, fiber optic. Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs). Installation and programming of access control systems (intercoms, smart locks, ZKTeco, Kantech, etc.). IT technical support for Windows and Mac. Diagnosis of electronic and network failures. Ability to interpret technical documentation. Adaptability, organization, and proactivity in the field. 📌 General Responsibilities Perform installation and maintenance tasks per established protocols. Conduct on-site testing, configuration, and validation. Maintain effective communication with the operations team. Document progress and report incidents.
