




Customer Service & Office Assistant position available immediately We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our fast-paced tax office team. As an Office Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent people skills are essential! Your Responsibilities: • Welcoming clients in person and answering phone calls with a welcoming attitude • Assist with scheduling and keep our calendar up to date • Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate team member • Scan, save, and organize important documents while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations What we’re looking for: • Someone with strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable using basic computer programs and office equipment • Quick learner, highly organized and detail-oriented • Able to juggle tasks in a busy environment • Team player with a positive attitude • Previous office experience is great, but not required Job details: • 30-35 hours during tax season (20–25 hours per week in off-season) • In-office position (not remote) • Location: Oneida/Verona area • Starting pay: $17/hour To be considered for this position please send an email with your resume and cover letter to hireme13054@gmail.com Apply today to join our team!
