




Summary: Seeking an independent, customer-service-oriented IT technician to provide onsite configuration and support for iPad devices in a plant environment, assisting end users with QR code setups. Highlights: 1. Independent Self-Starter with great communication skills 2. Familiarity with iPad devices and prior IT field experience 3. Excellent customer service skills This is a two-week estimated assignment. Project start Date: April 13th • Independent Self-Starter with great communication skills. • Familiarity with iPad devices. • Must have some prior work in IT field. • Able to work outside normal business hours to support the three shifts. • Work time may start as early as 6:00m and may be asked to work into 3rd shift. • 3 technicians will overlap on shifts • Excellent customer service skills. Able to help others and communicate efficiently. • Attendance and being on time are a must! Project Details • Onsite configuration and support of iPad devices in a plant environment. • Assigning and working with End Users to utilize QR code setups. • Potential assistance in setting up login accounts with multiple security setup along with QR codes. • Ability to follow directions provided and configure iPad devices. • Proved support to end user community.
