Responsibilities Job Summary: Project Manager is a salaried position responsible for the oversite and on time delivery of custom homes. The project manager will deliver a seamless experience to the buyer between the sales team and the administrative team to communicate clear expectations, deliver more than is expected, and do so in a manner that reflects the value we place in our customer. Ultimately our customer should enjoy each step of the building process, recognizing our professional skills and personal care for their home. Qualifications Good communication skills- In speaking with suppliers, trades, city officials, or customers, the project manager needs to be seen as credible and in control. The ability to deal with both tone and content to be well received and understood is essential. Organized- Able to track the details going into each home. Schedule, and deliver on time completions of well-built homes, building several at a time, while keeping all parties involved of issues and progress. Quality, Time, and cost focused- Building homes on time and within budget, holding trades and supplier to their required standards of performance to deliver a well built, well detailed home within budget. Integrity- Honest information, with regard to errors, issues and abilities is essential. The ability to acknowledge the need for help, the source of errors, and opportunities for improvement. Computer Literate – You will use phone and tablet to schedule, communicate with vendors/partners, check documents and confirm work completion.
