Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste. Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP). Engage with customers (if applicable) to provide excellent service and share knowledge of Japanese cuisine. Innovate and contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in a Japanese or Asian-fusion restaurant.
