Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams Superior Trades is seeking a Materials Handler for an immediate need in Hudson, NH! Pay: $17–$18/hr Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Contract Shift Available: 9-80 A|1st Shift|07:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming materials, verify contents against documentation, and inspect for quality and accuracy. Properly label, store, and distribute materials in compliance with AS9100 requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records including quantities, lot numbers, and serial numbers. Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report issues as needed. Prepare and maintain material handling documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory reports. Ensure proper storage and handling techniques to protect materials and meet environmental and safety requirements. Support AS9100 audits and inspections by providing documentation and process support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with corrective actions related to non-conformances. Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability. Communicate material shortages, availability, and delivery schedules to internal teams. Operate material handling equipment and assist other departments as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Materials Handler or similar role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Experience using inventory management systems and basic computer applications. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and safely operate material handling equipment.
