Mile Marker One Restaurant is seeking an experienced, owner-minded General Manager to lead our year-round waterfront restaurant, bar, and seasonal dining experiences. About the Restaurant Mile Marker One is a year-round waterfront restaurant featuring: A full-service interior dining room and inside bar, open all year Seasonal outdoor decks, including a 200+ seat Bridge Deck in summer A popular Sun Deck & bar introduced in 2025 A distinctive Igloo Dining Experience on the Bridge Deck in fall and winter We are a family-owned business connected to a newly renovated 30-room hotel, with multiple private event spaces, live music programming, marina access, and signature seasonal events. The Role The General Manager is the operational leader of the business and is expected to manage the restaurant as if they were the owner, with autonomy and accountability.
