




Fire Escape Services Network is seeking a reliable Entry-Level Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Compliance, and Insurance Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (15–25 hours per week) ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in finance, administration, and HR support. Any experience in accounting, payroll, insurance compliance, office administration, or related education is a plus — but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate. You will be working directly with our finance and operations department to support daily administrative tasks, invoice processing, payroll preparation, vendor compliance, and insurance documentation. Software Used: QuickBooks Online (major plus if experienced) Paychex for payroll & HR functions Dropbox, ClickUp, Outlook, and internal systems (training provided) 🧠 Responsibilities Include: Assisting with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking Supporting payroll preparation and entering employee time Managing insurance certificates, vendor documents, and compliance forms Filing, scanning, organizing digital folders, and general admin support Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal team Learning and using QuickBooks Online and Paychex (training provided) 💲 Compensation: $15–$20 per hour starting rate (based on experience). 📅 Hiring Timeline: Interviews: within the next 1–2 weeks Final decision: by week 2 Start date: ASAP after offer (Part-time, 15–25 hours/week)
