Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Regulory & SAP Compliance Oversight: Serve as a Security Specialist ensuring strict adherence to personnel, physical, industrial, OPSEC, and informion security standards as manded by DoD, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and Special Access Program (SAP) policies. Control Officer (CO) Functions: Execute duties as a Control Officer for assigned ODNI and SAP-level programs, managing the protection of sensitive technology, classified merials, and mission-critical operions. Security Liaison & Coordinion: Facilite inter-agency operions between the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, combant commands, and the IC to coordine space requirements, equipment acquisition, and Stregy Coordinion Programs. Personnel Security & SAP Vetting: Conduct and review SCI and SAP pre-screening interviews, manage eligibility recommendions, and maintain accure records within DISS and Sctered Castles. Facility & SCIF Integrity: Oversee daily security operions for command SCIFs, including visitor control, clearance verificion, and monitoring of technical security systems (IDS, ACS, and CCTV). Investigion & Risk Mitigion: Conduct formal inquiries into security violions or unauthorized disclosures, providing written assessments and recommended corrective actions to senior leadership. Briefing & Indoctrinion: Administer security briefings, including initial INDOCs, foreign travel debriefs, and the execution of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in a security-reled field, specifically with Special Access Programs (SAP) and SCI environment familiarity. Proficient in DoD security dabases, specifically DISS, Sctered Castles, E-QIP, and relevant SAP tracking systems. Comprehensive understanding of DoD security concepts and procedures, including DoDM 5205.07 (SAP Security Manuals) and physical security standards for protected areas. Proven experience in verifying clearances, recognizing potential security incidents, and processing Program Access Requests (PARs) and System Authorizion Access Requests (SAAR). Expert knowledge of PII/CUI handling and the secure transmission of classified and compartmented da via digital and physical means. Excellent written and verbal communicion skills, with the ability to lead security training and brief senior-level principals. Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Reader for the processing of digitally signed security forms. Preferred Qualificions: SAP Nominion & Processing: Familiarity with the Special Access Program Nominion Process (SAP NP) and standard opering procedures (SOPs) for specialized technical programs. Informion Systems & SharePoint: Ability to manage security document libraries, lists, and automed workflows within a SharePoint environment, alongside proficiency in JADE or other SAP-specific tracking dabases. Secure Da Transfer: Hands-on experience with DoD Secure File Transfer protocols (e.g., https://safe.apps.mil) and Intelink/IntelShare capabilities. Industrial Security Support: Experience reviewing and approving Prime and Sub-contractor DD Form 254s, specifically identifying specialized security classificion guidance for SAP-level subcontracts. Technical Security Fields: Familiarity with the installion or oversight of intrusion detection, sound masking, and access control technologies. Clearance Requirements: Candide must have TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%. Must be able to communice, converse, and exchange informion with peers and senior personnel.
