As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Security Clearance in Hudson, NH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Re: $22.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when approprie, emergency response activities an aerospace and defense locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-reled concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizion, and report access issues, policy violions, or suspicious behavior according to site guidelines. Support assigned post duties in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of changing conditions, following Allied Universal protocols, and assisting with security-reled requests as approprie. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. A guard card/license is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
