Summary: Seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible packer for meat preparation and packaging in a fast-paced cold room environment, ensuring quality and hygiene. Highlights: 1. Prepare and package meat with accurate weights and proper labeling. 2. Maintain high quality standards and strict hygiene protocols. 3. Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for an experienced packer that is willing to work 5-6 days a week in a cold room. Must be dependable, responsible, and willing to work with others in a fast paced environment. Job duties consist are: Preparing and Packaging Meat Ensuring accurate weights and proper labeling of all packages. Checking for quality and adherence to standards. Utilizing wrapping and cryovac machines. Keeping work areas clean and following strict hygiene protocols. Collaborating with other packers, meat cutters and warehouse personnel.
