Develop skills in Cat6 cabling, network devices, and Office 365 Job Description: We are looking for a motivated employee with knowledge of Cat6 cabling, cable termination, and basic networking. The candidate should understand basic router and switch installation, access point installation, IP cameras, NVR systems, Windows computers, Microsoft Office 365, basic server support, and customer technical assistance. Main Duties: Run and terminate Cat6 network cables Install and label wall plates, patch panels, and network jacks Assist with router, switch, and Wi-Fi access point installation Install IP cameras and connect them to NVR systems Troubleshoot Windows computers and basic network issues Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 setup and support Provide basic computer troubleshooting and user assistance Help clients with common issues such as printer problems, email setup, password resets, software issues, and connectivity problems Assist with basic server and network maintenance Communicate professionally with clients and provide good customer service Keep work areas clean and document completed work Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred
