This role supports Agency modernizion efforts th necessite transitioning from and outded NIST control calog, consoliding capabilities from dispare systems and applicions to a more centralized and supported suite of Capabilities (ServiceNow), and upding existing policies, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review and analyze Authorizion Services processes, procedures, practices and technical solutions. Coordine with government representives to identify requirements, constraints, schedules and workloads. Provide recommendions to modernize authorizion services policies, procedures, practices, and solutions. Produce and maintain documention in support of life-cycle hardware maintenance and reled processes Draft technical solutions to enhance, modernize, and improve all IT infrastructure services with Government approvals Evalue applicions for requirements, capabilities, languages, and other characteristics to prepare for migrion of systems Provide collaborion and informion sharing tools, repositories to enable outreach, training, and awareness of client activities to ensure th products are made available to all stakeholders Conduct analysis and develop processes and share deliverables to enhance mission stakeholder knowledge Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor's degree with (12) years of relevant experience, Associe's degree with (15) years of relevant experience OR High School/GED with (20) years of relevant experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required Experience with implemention of ServiceNow Demonstred experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance OR Integred Risk Management Experience with developing and maintaining Reports/Dashboards supporting a customer Preferred Qualificions: Certified System Administror Certificion from ServiceNow Certified Implemention Specialist in Integred Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and Compliance Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship required and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions Must be able to exchange accure informion in these situions Apply Now
