Our practice includes: Criminal Defense (misdemeanors & felonies) Domestic Violence Restraining Orders (DVROs) Civil Litigation We are seeking a motivated and dependable Associate Attorney who is eager to gain real courtroom experience and develop strong litigation skills. No prior experience is required—training and mentorship will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney who wants meaningful hands-on experience rather than a research-only position. Requirements Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Strong writing and analytical skills Comfortable appearing in court Organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple active cases Must work in-office in Fresno, CA (this is not a remote position) Responsibilities Appear in court for hearings, motions, and conferences Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Conduct legal research and case strategy development Assist with trial preparation and evidentiary organization Participate in case intake and client consultations Compensation $7,000 – $10,000 per month, depending on experience Opportunity for performance-based increases Substantial courtroom exposure Direct mentorship and litigation training Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Wants to be in court regularly Is confident, professional, and prepared Thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment Takes ownership of cases and deadlines Is committed to client advocacy How to Apply Please submit: Resume Brief cover letter
