Summary: The Endoscopy Technician performs technical responsibilities related to the treatment and care of endoscopy patients and manages instrumentation and supplies. Highlights: 1. Prepares and organizes the work environment for diagnostic procedures Apply Now POSITION SUMMARY: The Endoscopy Technician performs technical responsibilities relive to trement and care of the endoscopy pient with the instrumention utilized in th trement. Monitors PAR levels of all instrumention and supplies. The Endoscopy Technician prepares, assembles, and organizes the work environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures.    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School gradue or equivalent  Gradue of approved Opering Room Technical School with certificion preferred, or one (1) year of on the job experience in an endoscopy setting. Experience or proven ability to function in a leadership role. Knowledge of the use and handling of instruments, endoscopic equipment; scope cleaning machines and sterilizer, standard precautions and terminal cleaning of surgical instruments and scope cleaning rooms   REQUIRED LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: No license required, participion in AORT encouraged.
