Engaging in detailed and organized project coordination Seeking detailed, organized professional project coordinator to support several projects primarily in the Central Valley area. Quick learner, with strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft office 365 applications/Teams, ability to create, document and manage spreadsheets, billing document preparation, numerous record-keeping duties to ensure superb project coordination and efficiencies. Prior experience in telecom/ fiber-optic construction, and bilingual both huge plus. Must have (!)+2 years of directly related construction project support/ coordination, and verifiable references. Travel to project locations several days a week will be part of the job, initially and as needed going forward. Work from home will be standard operating procedure when not on site projects.
