We are seeking a skilled Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and desktop computers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktop computers, including motherboards, screens, keyboards, hard drives, and other components. Perform component-level repairs, such as soldering, replacing connectors, or upgrading hardware (RAM, SSDs, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating system errors, malware removal, and driver installations. Conduct system diagnostics using specialized tools to identify and resolve performance issues. Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning internal components and updating firmware or software. Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards. Document repair processes, maintain accurate records of parts used, and update job logs. Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repair options, and estimated costs. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in laptop/computer repair or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (laptops, tools, etc.). Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
