Work with ceramic tile, porcelain, and stone projects CERAMIC TILE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY – ESTIMATOR / OFFICE POSITION Established ceramic tile construction company is looking for an experienced and reliable Estimator / Office Assistant to join our team. We specialize in ceramic tile, porcelain tile, stone, commercial and residential construction projects. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare estimates and job bids for tile and stone projects * Read and understand construction plans and specifications * Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and project costs * Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, and customers * Prepare proposals and purchase orders * Follow up on bids and projects * Assist with scheduling and job coordination * General office duties, paperwork, filing, and data entry * Answer phones and communicate with customers and contractors * Track projects, materials, and job costs QUALIFICATIONS: * Construction or tile industry experience preferred * Estimating experience strongly preferred * Knowledge of ceramic tile, porcelain, stone, and installation methods is a big plus * Ability to read construction plans is preferred * Good computer skills * Good communication and organizational skills * Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus FULL-TIME POSITION We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position with an established construction company.
