Led by Michelin-rated Chef Sang Yoon, we've built our reputation on quality, consistency, and knowledgeable hospitality. We are seeking experienced bartenders who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not a traditional cocktail bar. Craft beer knowledge is a core part of our identity, and we're looking for professionals who are excited to share that passion with our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every guest. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar throughout service. - Accurately pour and serve draft beer, wine, and other beverages. - Educate guests on our craft beer selection and make thoughtful recommendations. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. - Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams during high-volume shifts. - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar. - Extensive knowledge of craft beer is strongly preferred. - Candidates without extensive craft beer experience will be considered if they demonstrate the ability and initiative to learn independently and quickly. - Strong communication skills and genuine hospitality. - Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and composure under pressure. - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs, cases, and other bar supplies as needed. REQUIREMENTS - Evening availability is required. - Weekend and holiday availability is expected. -Must possess a valid California Food Handler Card before starting employment. - Must complete or provide proof of California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training as required by state law. - Must meet all California requirements for the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Hours of Operation Sunday–Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Wednesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Schedules will be based on business needs and availability during these operating hours.
