




We’re seeking a reliable, highly responsive part-time assistant/property manager to support day-to-day property operations on an as-needed basis when maintenance & tenant issues arise. Responsibilities: Contact 3–5 vendors per maintenance request to obtain quotes and coordinate repairs (frequent phone calls and computer work required), with the goal of finding the highest-quality service at the best possible price. -Monitor and respond promptly to tenant messages throughout the day; coordinate maintenance visits via text or phone. -Visit properties to meet vendors or post notices as needed. -Provide general administrative support. Requirements: -Clean background (background check required) -Clean credit history (no evictions or bankruptcies) -Based in Los Angeles with ability to travel to Echo Park, Boyle Heights, and Koreatown -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive -Property management experience is a plus but not required To Apply: 1) Submit your resume 2) Confirm your comfort with calling multiple vendors for maintenance issues.
