This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background who enjoys coordinating projects, working with people, and keeping jobs moving from start to finish. If you're organized, comfortable communicating with contractors and field crews, and don't mind wearing a few different hats, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Assist the Modernization Manager with day-to-day project coordination. Coordinate with general contractors, property managers, suppliers, and elevator mechanics. Attend construction meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Help track project schedules, permits, inspections, and required documentation. Complete project paperwork, reports, surveys, and closeout documents. Answer phone calls and emails related to active construction projects. Occasionally deliver parts and materials to local job sites (company vehicle provided). Help order and track materials and maintain project files. Assist with scheduling inspections, subcontractors, and deliveries. Support multiple modernization and repair projects simultaneously. Qualifications: Construction industry experience preferred. Any elevator experience is a PLUS. Experience with project coordination, project management, or office administration is a plus. Familiarity with permits, inspections, and construction documentation. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with general contractors, vendors, customers, and field mechanics. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
