This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail, mechanical skills, the ability to work in various weather conditions. You must have common sense and be trainable. Responsibilities; Requirements: • Demonstrate common sense and a strong work ethic • Maintain high attention to detail and deliver quality results without direct supervision • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed • Work efficiently as part of a team to maximize productivity; earning potential • Be available for flexible schedules, including weekends • Lift up to 50 pounds and handle physically demanding tasks • Foster a positive attitude and get along with other employees Starting Pay: $16-18 for training with $2 raise after training.
