Key Responsibilities -Prepare and serve three nutritious, home-cooked meals daily, with attention to dietary needs and preferences -Administer medications accurately and on schedule, following all protocols. -Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming home environment through the day, with regular housekeeping and organization -Schedule and coordinate resident appointments (medical, dental, therapy, etc.), arrange transportation as needed, and follow up on outcomes -Build strong, positive relationships with residents through excellent people skills -Handle light paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping related to care plans, medications, appointments, and daily logs -Stay proactive and on top of all duties, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Provide support during daily activities, promote independence while offering assistance where needed Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts) 5 days per week What We're Looking For Compassionate, warm, patient demeanor — truly enjoy helping others Comfort and accuracy in administering medications (training provided if needed, but experience is a plus) Cooking skills Prior experience in customer service, caregiving, or related fields (adult foster care, senior care, home health, or similar preferred) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy but rewarding environment People skills and the ability to communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers Self-motivation to stay on top of responsibilities without constant supervision Ability to pass a background check Why Join Us?
