What you’ll do
You’ll go business-to-business and sign up new commercial trash pickup accounts (restaurants, small retail, auto shops, offices, contractors, etc.). This is straight sales: knock, qualify, pitch, close, and hand off the account for onboarding.
Daily responsibilities
• Door-to-door prospecting at local businesses
• Identify decision makers (owners, managers)
• Present a simple offer and pricing, handle objections, close
• Collect key info for service setup (address, container needs, pickup frequency)
• Track your pipeline and follow up with warm leads
• Hit weekly activity and close goals
What we’re looking for
• You’re confident talking to strangers and can take rejection without melting
• You can work independently and stay disciplined without supervision
• You’re persuasive, fast on your feet, and can handle objections
• Reliable phone + transportation
• B2B or door-to-door experience is a plus (but not required if you can prove you can sell)
Commission structure (example — customize)
