Warehouse Associate

Charger Water Treatment Products is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Knoxville, TN. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receiving, sorting, and assembling of our premium water treatment products. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy and quality. Sort and store products in designated areas. Pick, pack, and Assemble orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Follow safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment. Support team members in achieving daily operational goals. Able to lift 75 lbs Safely drive our 16' box truck on occasional deliveries Work full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is an asset. Ability to lift heavy items (75 lbs) and stand for long periods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking. Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained through training. Valid Driver's License and Medical DOT Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm. Benefits $16.50/hour. Monday-Friday, Fulltime plus overtime. Join the Charger Water Treatment Products team as a Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in our operations in the heart of our logistics team in Knoxville, TN! Your primary focus will be ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, from receiving to assembling to delivering our water treatment products to our valued customers. You will lead a skilled team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and contribute to our commitment to quality service and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment in the plant. This includes the operation of filtration equipment, process monitoring and sampling.
