Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Home Health Position: Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Home Health Location: Temple Schedule: Part-time 10 to 24 visits per week OR full-time 25 or more visits per week Schedule: Day time and afterschool hours needed! Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and any changes in condition. Prepare reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
