The Craft Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring safety compliance at the job site by performing inspections, conducting safety training, and promoting safe work practices among craft personnel. This role serves as an important link between the safety management team and field operations, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve safety excellence. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs for craft personnel. Promote a culture of safety by actively engaging with employees in discussions about safe work practices. Document and report safety observations, incidents, and near misses, following up on corrective actions.
