Job Summary: As a Fabricator C, you will be responsible for producing/preparing products for customers based on orders that have been received. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Principle Accountabilities: Cutting plastic piping materials on various saws in the fabrication shop Drilling and grinding plastic materials Fill out production sheets Apply PVC primer and adhesive to assemble fabricated fittings. Expanding and pulling socket joints on plastic material using various heat forms (i.e. glycol tanks and dry heat) Visually inspect, measure, and approve materials before and after process steps to ensure quality compliance. Responsibly use and care for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Install bevels on pipe ends using bevel table. Housekeeping to keep work area clean and orderly.
