Champion innovation, collaboration, and professional development Apply Now Description Leidos has an exciting opening for you, as our next Scrum Master, to play a critical role with design, engineering, development and deployment of software supporting our client’s mission to centralize and standardize Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploition and Disseminion (TCPED) of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). You will play a key role with planning, development and testing of software focused on a new OSINT workflow and da management plform. As the Scrum Master, you will lead a multidisciplinary, Agile team engaged in building an industry-leading streaming da pipeline focused on analysis of IT and cybersecurity dasets and a workflow management tool. You will work together with systems engineers, development teams, release manager and PMO to conduct release and sprint planning using SAFe Agile methodology to accurely evalue scope and schedule of work, identify release and sprint backlogs, lead daily scrum meetings and demos, and remove obstacles to enable the teams to deliver high-quality, working code. You will be the champion of your team, conducting regular da-driven retrospectives, and working actively to improve the process and drive team productivity. You will bring your team leadership experience to anticipe project and implemention issues, to proactively support areas th may become a concern, to manage technical debt, and to ensure successful delivery. This is you: Bachelor’s degree, technical discipline preferred and 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role of software development team(s) containing a visual front-end component. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree are acceptable. Active TS/SCI level clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certificion Excellent communicion, collaborion, and conflict resolution skills Experience with SAFe methodology Experience with task and ticket management tools such as Gitlab Proven ability to balance concurrent activities Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile or SAFe environment Ability to quickly build rapport and keep a positive and motived team environment Must be a US Citizen You will wow us even more if you have some of these skills: Experience with workflow management tools such as Appian Familiarity with modern development approaches (serverless, containerizion, cloud, continuous delivery, micro-services, event based applicions) Experience with cloud deployment and cloud-based solutions An active COMPTIA Security+ certificion Experience supporting DIA/OSIC and/or DTP #NMECDTP-Leidos If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
