The Liberty Group is seeking a hardworking and dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to support daily operations at an apartment community in Jacksonville. Job Responsibilities Include: ✅ Maintain cleanliness of the community grounds, leasing office, breezeways, common areas, pool area, and laundry rooms ✅ Remove litter and debris throughout the property ✅ Pressure washing, sweeping, and minor exterior upkeep ✅ Assist maintenance staff with light tasks when needed ✅ Maintain trash enclosures and remove bulk trash items as instructed ✅ Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to supervisor ✅ Deliver excellent customer service and represent the community in a professional manner Qualifications: ✔️ Prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or porter roles preferred (apartment industry a plus!) ✔️ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated ✔️ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions ✔️ Must have dependable transportation ✔️ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Why Work With Us? ✅ Weekly pay ✅ Temp-to-hire opportunities ✅ Supportive team environment ✅ We specialize in staffing apartment communities with office and maintenance professionals across Jacksonville 📩 Apply Now!
