As a CNC Machine Operator you will: Operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and drills Assist with assembly and warehouse operations as needed Learn and grow into higher level machining or welding roles (training provided) Program and operate CNC machines using Mazatrol with minimal supervision Proficiently operate at least one turning, milling, or drilling machine Set up and operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials for each job Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, coolant flow, depth/angle of cut) to meet specifications Enter commands or retrieve programs for computerized machine control Verify finished parts meet dimensional and quality requirements Perform basic operation of overhead cranes The ideal candidate will have: Experience operating CNC machinery preferred; willing to train motivated candidates Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Familiarity with machining fundamentals and shop safety practices Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
