Growing construction services company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team operating specialized equipment throughout Eastern Iowa.
This is a hands-on position involving driving, equipment operation, and outdoor work at construction and residential job sites. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate specialized construction equipment
- Transport equipment between job sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Communicate with dispatch and field staff
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with trailers, construction equipment, or diesel machinery is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical work and long days when needed
